Truffles and Chocolate Tempering | Baking Class with Certified Master Baker Punky Egan

We all need a little chocolate boost once in a while. And just in time for Valentine’s Day! Homemade truffles hit the spot, and they’re easy and quick to make. We’ll use many of the delicious flavors from the store, including Sour Cherry Vodka, Pina Colada, and Latte Macchiato. There will be samples to taste and truffles to take home to enjoy.

Your instructor is Punky Egan. She is a Certified Master Baker, one of only 200 in the country. She taught professional baking classes for 30 years at Madison College and upon retirement was awarded Faculty Emeritus status. Now she wants to share her wealth of baking knowledge to make baking as sweet and fun for you as it is for her!

We keep our classes small, so you get personal attention from our professional instructors. You will work with up to 3 others at your own work station. This class is designed for adults. Wine, beer, and craft cocktails from our own bar will be available for purchase.
