Celebrate Mardi Gras with an indulgent and decadent feast, inspired by New Orleans' last day of Carnival. You'll revel in Southern favorites such as Jambalaya and Gumbo, along with new twists on traditional dishes. Each course will be creatively paired with wine or a cocktail.
Culinary Dinner Theater is our signature event, where the chef is the star, our sommelier and mixologists the co-stars, and you, our guests, are the audience, and your palates the judges. Our chef and his team will prepare a five-course dinner right before your eyes, and will pair each course perfectly with wine or spirits.
