Cooking with Wine | Cooking Class with Joel Olson
Cooking with wine can add depth and sophistication to your dishes. In this class we'll create Marseilles-Style Fish Soup with Tomatoes and White Wine; Saut√©ed Medallions of Pork with Red Wine Mushroom Reduction; Heavenly Mashed Potatoes; Haricot Verts with Crispy Prosciutto;
and Champagne Poached Pears with Cr√®me Chantilly and Sugar Crisps.
A tasting of one white wine and one red wine is included with the food.Wine, beer, and craft cocktails from our own bar are also available for purchase.¬†Come early for cocktails (5:30), class begins at 6:00!Our classes are small, so you get personal attention from our professional instructors. You will work as a group as you join in the fun to prepare the menu.
