Both large and small game abound in Wisconsin, and hunting season is upon us! We're delighted to bring you a dinner of seasonal game, prepared with artistry and flair.
Culinary Dinner Theater is our signature event, where the chef is the star, our sommelier and mixologists the co-stars, and you, our guests, are the audience, and your palates the judges. Our chef and his team will prepare a five-course feast right before your eyes, bringing out fabulous flavors using fresh local ingredients, and pairing each course perfectly with wine and spirits.
