Beer or wine? Which is best? Here’s a course-by-course rivalry – a no-holds-barred match where wine and beer will battle it out, head-to-head, to determine which complements each dish best.
You’ll be given a card to vote for your favorite pairing at each course. We’ll tally the votes for each, as well as the overall votes for the evening to find the grand winner.
Can great craft beer pair with exceptional cuisine as well, or even better than, fine wine? Could beer become the beverage of choice for elegant food pairings? Come find out!
Culinary Dinner Theater is our signature event, where the chef is the star, our sommelier and mixologists the co-stars, and you, our guests, are the audience, and your palates the judges. Our chef and his team will prepare a five-course feast right before your eyes, bringing out fabulous flavors using fresh local ingredients.
