Ingredients: Pinto beans, butter beans, red paprika flakes, onions, tomato flakes, green paprika flakes, leek, basil.
Preparation: Sauté this creation in olive oil, add 1.5 cups of vegetable broth and bring it to boil. Let it simmer for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours, adding additional broth as needed. Add pepper, parsley and parmesan to taste. It pairs perfectly with tofu, fish and meat.
