Chai tea or Masala Chai is traditional Indian black tea with spices. It's typically served with sugar and milk. The spices, milk and sugar give the whole thing a particularly aromatic and sweet taste.
- Ingredients: black tea, cinnamon, ginger, fennel, cloves, cardamom, anise, black pepper.
- Preparation: Bring 100 ml water and 100 ml milk to the boil. Put 1 teaspoon of chai tea in a cup, pour the water-milk mixture over it and let it steep for 5 minutes. Strain and sweeten as needed. A delicious treat even without milk!
