Chili Mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, add garlic, egg yolk, mustard, and one teaspoon of the VOM FASS Mango Balsam. 
  2. Slowly add VOM FASS Chili Oil into the food processor. 
  3. Once the mixture turns into a paste, add remaining VOM FASS Mango Balsam, VOM FASS Honey Balsamic Vinegar, and lemon juice. 
  4. Add chili sea salt to taste.
