Plums with Vinegar



  1. Bring vinegar, sugar, and spices to a boil, cook for 5 minutes.  
  2. Add cloves, star anise and plums and return to a boil. 
  3. Remove the fruits from the liquid and divide them into glasses. 
  4. Reduce the liquid by ⅓ and let cool. 
  5. Pour the liquid over the fruits, add cinnamon and cover. 
  6. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
