Grilled Fish with Basil Pasta



  1. Place fish fillets on a plate and marinate for one hour in the refrigerator with 1 tablespoon VOM FASS Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 2 teaspoons VOM FASS Calamansi Balsam.  
  2. Preheat grill to 400F. 
  3. Cook fettuccine VOM FASS al Basilico in salted boiling water for 7-10 minutes or until al dente.  
  4. While pasta is cooking, grill marinated fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until white and flaky.  
  5. Toss pasta with 3 T. VOM FASS Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil and season with VOM FASS Salt and Pepper.  
  6. Serve pasta and fish, accompanied by steamed or grilled vegetables drizzled with more VOM FASS Calamansi Balsam.
