Greek Goat Cheese and Olive Salad
- In a bowl, combine cucumber, red peppers, red onion, olives and tomatoes. Set aside.
- In another bowl, combine the VOM FASS Agora Extra Virgin Olive Oil, VOM FASS Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil, VOM FASS Mango Balsam, and minced garlic.
- Pour this over the vegetables and toss well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Arrange the vegetables on a platter and garnish with the basil leaves, goat cheese, and olives.
