Bacon and Date Potato Salad

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes and cut into small cubes. 
  2. Whisk together VOM FASS Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil and VOM FASS Date Balsamic Star and pour over potatoes.
  3. Add bacon, onions and dates and mix well. 
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
  5. Can be served hot or cold.
