This special Balsamic Star is produced from the famous Williams Christ pear variety.  These pears are grown in the orchard meadows of the region of Upper Swabia, in Germany, and, like the apples from these meadows, possess an enormous spectrum of aromas and a refreshing acidity. Here, the fruit can grow in its natural state.  It’s delicious when drizzled over nutty salads or use as a dip for cheese such as goat cheese.
