What is your shipping policy?
FEDEX Delivery times reflect the time it takes to deliver after it leaves our facility.
To calculate how long it will take to receive your package add 3 days processing to the Fedex delivery times.
The company delivers to the United States. We do not ship to international locations. All prices for delivery are automatically calculated and added to the total at the checkout. All orders are typically leave our facility within 2 - 3 business days
Delivery Terms: The company primarily uses Federal Express. Standard carrier deliveries are usually made between 9:00am and 7:00pm. The company does not take responsibility for the delivery of goods once they have been properly shipped; responsibility for proper delivery lies with the carrier.
Alcohol Shipping: We utilize Federal Express for all deliveries. When we ship alcohol we require a signature of a person 21 or older in order to complete delivery.
There are certain states that Federal Express will not deliver alcohol due to the laws of that state. Currently we cannot ship alcohol to: IA, MD, NC, PA, SC, VA
How long will it take to get my order?
The delivery times quoted in the checkout reflect the time it takes to deliver after leaving our facility. It can take between 1 - 3 days to process an order in our facility. To estimate the total time it will take to receive your order add 3 days to the delivery method chosen in the checkout.
How do orders ship and what does it cost?
We use Federal Express for delivery. Shipping fees are calculated and charged based on the Fedex delivery service chosen. The rates are determined by Fedex. Orders over $100 are eligible for free ground shipping.
Do you have a Refund Policy?
We do offer a refund policy if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. Please be aware that once an order has been placed, there will be an additional handling charge of $10 for any amendments to the order. We do not accept any liability from the shipping company for any damages incurred in transit. However, we will exchange or replace damaged products if we feel that the damage warrants an exchange. Only products that have not been used and are still packaged will be exchanged.
Do you sell Gift Cards?
We do have virtual eGift Cards available for sale through the vomFASSusa website. These are eGift Cards only and can only be redeemed through the website and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please visit our eGift Card page for more details
Can I redeem a Gift Card online that I purchased in a store?
At this time we are unable to redeem gift cards purchased in a store through the website.
What do your dietary restrictions mean?
Gluten-free - vomFass products designated as gluten free are produced without gluten containing ingredients. In spite of careful control, we cannot guarantee that our products made without gluten-containing ingredients have not come into contact with wheat during the production process.
Kosher - all items designated Kosher are certified for orthodox kosher-compliance. This includes all ingredients in every product—and the process of preparing the product.
