Chili Aioli

Chili Aioli

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, add garlic, egg yolk, Dijon Mustard, and one teaspoon of the Mango Balsam.
  2. Slowly add Chili Oil into the food processor.
  3. Once the mixture turns into a paste, add remaining Mango Balsam, Honey Balsamic Vinegar, and lemon juice.
  4. Add Chili Sea Salt to taste.

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vomFASS Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup vomFASS Mango Balsam
  • 1 cup vomFASS Chili Oil
  • 1 tablespoon vomFASS Honey Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • vomFASS Chili Salt, to taste (Or substitute with a mixture of: coarse Sea Salt and chilies)
