- In a bowl, mix together grain mustard, Apple Balsamic Star, salt and pepper.
- Slowly whisk in Almond Oil and W-Omega 3-6-9 Power Mix until emulsified.
- Mix together oak leaf lettuce, arugula, and radishes with the dressing. Distribute salad onto two plates.
- Slightly toast almonds in a dry pan until golden brown and sprinkle over the salad.
Sprinkles chives over salad and serve with a piece of whole grain bread.
