Mango Avocado Vinaigrette

Directions:

  1. In a blender, add Mango Balsam, serrano pepper, garlic, mustard, sugar, and Salt and Pepper.  
  2. Pulse and run at lower speed until smooth. 
  3. With blender running at slowest speed, slowly drizzle Avocado Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil into mixture. 
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.  

* Note: Use caution with handling the heat content of the serrano pepper.
