Combine Argan Oil and Grape Balsamic Vinegar and garlic.
Let garlic mixture sit for 5 minutes.
Mix all the remaining ingredients well.
Add Salt and Pepper, to taste.
Tip: Turn this recipe into a fried rice salad.
- Create fried rice by using a Cooking Oil and sauté the onion for 4-5 minutes first.
- Add carrot and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add red pepper and green beans and cook one more minute.
- Add the cooked rice, then season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
- Garnish with scallion and roasted pecan before serving.
