Turkey Breast with Braised Endive in VOM FASS Coffee Oil
- Marinate the turkey breasts in Coffee Oil and Salt and Pepper.
- Cut the Endive lengthwise into halves and fry them to golden brown. Proportion about 3 endive halves per person.
- Roast the turkey breasts for about 90 minutes at 350 degrees until juices run clear and serves the turkey breasts in the endive.
