Every dish is better with this vinegar. This is a white alternative to the Aceto Balsamico! The production methods for both vinegars are basically the same. However this vinegar is refined with green grape juice concentrate, which results in a fresh -- white colored -- balsamic vinegar that is rich with the flavor of ripe grapes! It brings life to almost any dish from rice and noodles to seafood salads.
