Not your average red wine vinegar! This has been aged for approximately 12 years, resulting in a deliciously strong red wine flavored vinegar.
Use this vinegar to create apertifs, or fancy appetizers like a refined veggie or meat carpaccio. Also try it with meat dishes, wild game, stews and sauces.
60% wine vinegar, 40% concentrated grape must, antioxidant E220 (sulphur dioxide), colorant E150 (caramel).
Per 100 ml: 628 kJ / 150 kcal, Fat <0.5g (of which saturated fat <0.1g), Carbohydrates 32g (of which sugars 32g), Protein <0.5g, Salt 0.03g.
This vinegar is excellent as an appetizer with carpaccio or as a finisher for wild game, sauces, and sautéed greens. All-purpose vinegar for salad vinaigrettes, sauces, or marinades.
