Directions:
- Whisk together the VOM FASS Tomato Extra Virgin Olive Oil and VOM FASS Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P Gold, set aside.
- Mix together sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, parmesan and your choice of greens.
- Drizzle dressing over the top and serve.
Our Tip: We also added sliced marinated green olives to our salad.
