Whisk the Blueberry Vinegar, Jalapeno Oil and half the lime juice and minced garlic together in a large bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the other half of lime juice and Basil Citrus Salt. Mix well.
When ready to serve, pour the remaining lime juice over the top and finish with the Basil Citrus Salt.
Our Tip: This Salsa is great with grilled chicken and pork and equally delicious with your favorite tortilla chips.
