- Whisk together mustard, VOM FASS Fig Balsamic Star, and VOM FASS Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Add VOM FASS FassZination Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil, continuously stirring.
- Place goat cheese on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Spread with honey and sprinkle with thyme.
- Caramelize under the broiler for a few minutes, until lightly golden.
- Arrange salad mixture on to four plates and top with chopped herbs and goat cheese slices.
- Drizzle with VOM FASS Fig Balsamic star.
