- Wash and clean your choice of sharp greens.
- Wisk together the VOM FASS FassZination Pistachio Oil and VOM FASS Pear Balsamic Vinegar.
- Toss the sharp greens, pistachio pear dressing, goat cheese, green onions and pears.
- Serve on a plate and top with pistachios.
