- Wash arugula, grapes, and tomatoes. Divide tomatoes into eight pieces, dice mozzarella, and mix everything.
- Mix a dressing of Don Carlos Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Aceto Balsamico Maletti, Aromi per Insalata (or spice mixture), and pour it over the salad.
- Wash anchovy fillets, pat them dry, and dice them. Mix them with a bit of Don Carlos Extra Virgin Olive Oil and add to the salad.
Tip: Serve with fresh crispy baguettes. Also may garnish with basil leaves & olives.
