Spinach and Arugula Salad with Beets and Mandarin oranges

Our Aceto Balsamico Maletti with honey, garlic and olive oil takes this fall salad over the top with flavor.

Ingredients for Salad:  (2 servings)
• 1 package of spinach and arugula mix
• 1 cup roasted beets, chopped or sliced
• 1 can Mandarin oranges in light syrup drained
• ¼ cup toasted pecans or walnuts
• ¼ cup blue cheese, goat cheese or feta your choice

Salad Dressing
• ½ cup vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil (your choice)
• 2 TBLS vomFASS Aceto Balsamico Maletti
• 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1 tsp. Honey
• Salt and pepper to taste
