Kat’s Salmon with Gravlax Sauce

Gravlax is a Scandinavian delicacy of salmon cured with salt and dill, often served as an appetizer. Thank you Kat for creating a delicious twist on this classic. 

Ingredients: (serves 4)
• 2 TBLS Dijon Mustard
• ½ cup mayo
• 1 TBLS honey
• 1 tsp. vomFASS Herbs de Provence Spice Blend
• 1 TBLS vomFASS Sun Meadow Cooking Oil
• ½ tsp. each salt and pepper
• 2 lbs. Salmon fillets skin removed

Directions:
1. In a small glass bowl make the Gravlax sauce: Whisk together mustard, mayo, honey and herbs de Provence. Refrigerate till Salmon is cooked.
2. Heat broiler, rub salmon with Sun Meadow Cooking oil, salt and pepper.
3. Broil salmon 6-8 minutes or until your doneness.
4. Serve the Gravlax Sauce over Salmon.
